The ultimate pat on the back in New York (NYC) Fashion Public Relations (PR) comes from WWD, so it was only natural we gave them the exclusive first look at the Ruia Shoe boutique in Soho, NYC.  The new high end shoe store opened the first week of December, making holiday shopping SO much more fun!
